A husband-and-wife duo with a combined resume in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning, Nursing, and Division-1 athletics. We've spent decades on gym floors, in rehab clinics, and in classes. We know the challenges of training around an injury, a packed schedule, or a body that's changed.

We built this studio because we wanted a place we'd actually want to train in. Turns out, so did everyone else.
