We've spent decades on gym floors, in rehab clinics, and in classes. We know the challenges of training around an injury, a packed schedule, or a body that's changed.
We built this studio because we wanted a place we'd actually want to train in. Turns out, so did everyone else.

We are a private training studio at 8021 Edinger Ave. Suite A, Westminster, CA 92683 — between Beach Blvd. and the 405, serving Westminster, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and greater Orange County.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. Your first one-on-one personal training session is completely free, with no commitment. It is the best way to meet your trainer, see the studio, and decide if we are the right fit.
How much does personal training cost?
After your free session, you can start with the 10-Session Jumpstart for $699 (10 one-on-one sessions) or pay as you go at $85 per session. No long-term contracts.
Do I need to be in shape or experienced to start?
Not at all. We train complete beginners, people returning after injury or surgery, postpartum clients, and adults 55+. Every program is built around where you are today.
